Description
HR manager is a key professional responsible for managing an organization’s human capital and aligning HR practices with business goals. They serve as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring policies are followed while advocating for employee needs and engagement.- Recruitment and Hiring: Developing job descriptions, posting openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Employee Development and Training: Identifying training needs, creating programs, and measuring effectiveness to enhance skills, engagement, and retention.
- Performance Management: Conducting evaluations using frameworks like SMART goals, providing feedback, and supporting career growth.
- Employee Relations: Resolving disputes, managing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Compensation and Benefits: Overseeing payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures.
- Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced, growing consumer products company
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills and sense of responsibility and ownership
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Quick learner with a strong intellectual curiosity and a can-do attitude
- Excellent analytical skills
