    We are looking for a Business Analyst/ Software Tester/ AI/ Prompt Engineer to join our team and ensure the creation of effective and engaging prompts for our AI-generated content solutions.
    Responsibilities include working with content creators, product teams and data scientists to develop and refine prompts, optimizing prompt performance and staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing and machine learning.

    Responsibilities
    AI Solutions Development:
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement AI solutions.
    • Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies.
    Quality Assurance:
    • Work with QA teams to develop test plans and ensure solutions meet quality standards.
    • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for improvements.
    User Training and Support:
    • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
    • Provide ongoing support and address user queries post-implementation.
    Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders.
    • Analyze and clarify stakeholders' business needs and translate them into detailed requirements.
    Process Documentation and Improvement:
    • Document current business processes and propose improvements.

  • คุณสมบัติ

    Requirements and skills
    • Proven work experience as a Business Analyst/ AI/ Prompt Engineer or similar role
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in programming languages, AI-related tools such as ChatGPT, and data analysis techniques
    • Comprehensive understanding of natural language processing, machine learning and AI-generated content development
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Relevant training and/or certifications in computer science, AI or a related field
