    An application system analyst, also known as an application support analyst, plays a crucial role in an organization's IT team. Their primary responsibilities include:
    • System Management: They manage and maintain software applications, ensuring they run smoothly and meet user requirements. 
    • Analysis and Design: Application analysts analyze existing systems, gather business requirements, and design solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 
    • Troubleshooting: They diagnose and resolve application-related issues, providing support to end-users and ensuring minimal downtime. 
    • Collaboration: Analysts work closely with developers, stakeholders, and vendors to implement new features and enhancements. 
    • Documentation: They maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, changes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
    • Experience 1-3 years, new grads are welcome.
    • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, C#), database management, and software development methodologies. 
    • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement. 
    • Communication Skills: The ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively. 
    • Project Management: Skills in managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time.
